As a result, we’ve created 3 agency packages. Our ONLINE service is priced at a fixed fee of £495 (also payable is 6 instalments of £89). The ONLINE service includes professional photos, floorplans, viewing scheduling, sale negotiation and progression. You provide the viewings and we handle the rest! In addition we offer two EXPERT services aimed at providing a higher level of customer support. You can pay a fixed fee upon instruction of £695 or alternatively a low commission rate of just 0.59% upon sale completion, subject to a minimum completion fee of £1,395. Our EXPERT service includes a dedicated and experienced estate agent who is a member of the Hoppla.co.uk management team.
